Walking must be one of the oldest human rituals. I like this interpretation of circling around the Ka’ba during the Hajj as circling around what matters most to your soul. It resembles e.g. Christian use of labyrinths in church buildings. Maybe people of different beliefs and convictions should not sit at a table together to talk: they should walk together 😉
